A few guys get together on Friday mornings in an RV in one of the group members backyard and drink coffee. Last Friday, the guys were talking about “kairos” moments and how the Holy Spirit has divinely intersected moments in their lives. One guy in his twenties remarked…
“one of those times for me was when I came to church on the invitation of my realtor and a guy he introduced me to invited me to the Friday morning group. I thought he was just inviting me out of obligation but after I came a few times, I realized these guys were genuinely interested in me. That’s changed my life!”

Also, we’re planning a youth hangout for 6th - 12th grade at Aviator’s Pizza on Sunday night April 26th at 7pm (right after Sozo Kyle Gathering!). If you’re that age (or responsible for driving them), come grab pizza and a popsicle at La Ola and get to know some of the students hanging out with us!

And finally, make sure you come and stay for a barbecue potluck on Sunday May 31 at 5p at the Onion Creek Senior Center (which is where we meet weekly). We’ll have a shorter worship service and spend time eating together. Plan on bringing a side that tastes yummy with brisket (which we’ll provide)!
